Family sessions are designed to help identify where challenges are coming from, what is maintaining them, and what needs to change. Using evidence-based mental health approaches, we explore family dynamics, communication patterns, and underlying emotional needs to create clarity and direction.
This work also incorporates ancestral guidance and holistic practices to support deeper healing within the family system. When appropriate, I integrate herbal support to promote both physical and emotional grounding, helping the family move toward balance.
A key part of this process is helping families create intentional rituals and practices they can continue beyond sessions. These rituals are designed to bring family members together in a safe space where they can:
